CAD-CAM Pattern Making
Koefia Academy’s professional CAD-CAM Pattern Making course provides the technical and practical tools required to work in industrial pattern making through CAD-CAM automation systems. The programme focuses on the professional software Lectra Modaris and Diamino. Students learn to create and transform digital patterns, grade sizes and prepare patterns for the subsequent stages of industrial production. The course is intended for those seeking a professional role in the production processes of companies developing high-end, prêt-à-porter, fast-fashion, programmed and sportswear collections. Within industrial production, a CAD pattern maker develops patterns for series production and collaborates across the different stages of the production process.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
- create digital patterns;
- develop transformations from basic blocks;
- grade patterns into different sizes;
- prepare patterns for production;
